Don’t live in the UK, so I don’t know how the law sides there, in America War Banner would have been fine ignoring the C&D. Personally I think GW should cool it on the legal bullying, there didn’t seem to be any legitimate case of brand confusion or dilution here, it’s purely throwing their weight around.
