@sundancer Profit from touring my house? Pfft! I’d have people sign waivers before walking though for fear of legal backlash from seeing what I own. I don’t have a Necronomicon but my friends always joke about being wary of what books I might have lurking in the corners. If anything I’d have tea lunches by invitation only. That might turn a little profit but I’d likely spend it on higher grades of oolong or pu-erh tea.
