@tekwych yeah we can access DrivethruRPG over here.

@bobcockayne the Commanders Edition has literally just come out, so don’t feel bad about missing it. And the classic rule set has not really changed a great deal. I know they have pushed the Battlemech Manual as the first book a new player should pickup, but the rules found in Total Warfare have remained fairly consistent from printing to printing, with newer editions incorporating any errata (but those are all available to download anyway).

If folks wanted to try out those hex rules is why I’d suggest having access to the Beginners Box for smaller engagements…
