I’d definitely be up for a BattleTech boot camp. Especially if its based on the new Clan invasion set (Clan Wolf for life!)

Its doing incredibly well on Kickstarter at the minute – heading rapidly towards $2.5 million.

For something that’s been around for such a long time and has gained such prowess withing the gaming world, it never ceases to amaze me how little  we actually see of it here in the UK and how poorly supported it is. I don’t know if its because Catalyst haven’t made much effort to push it here, or if its because they did in the past and didn’t get a favourable response. Either way I think your right @bobcockayne.  Having OTT do a BattleTech Boot Camp could help reinvigorate the game and introduce it to a new generation of gamers who have never been exposed to it on the table top before.
