Hi Guys, remember 99% of prizes don’t ship from us directly we pass the details onto the company putting up the prize, once we have done that we have no further visibility of where the prize is. So if it doesn’t arrive you will need to let us know so we can chase it up 🙂

Otherwise we will be blissfully unaware of any issues unfortunately 🙂
