Yeah, they’re definitely not interesting as a unit unless you get a proper mob of them.
It kind of sucks that GW don’t add more variety to the green tide … even the Orks themselves don’t have the variety to make the mob look like a mob unless you add in a few AoS orks to the mix to be honest.

I also discovered that grots used to build tankettes … but those aren’t in the v8 Ork codex
