So it depends.

99% of prizes especially from the likes of UKGE are shipped directly from the prize sponsor.

So once you make a prize claim it is logged in our systems. Justin then sends all the details to each of the companies who put up a prize so they can deliver it.

Now at that point we have no further viability of the process as we wont get any shipping notifications etc. So we wont know there is an issue until you or whoever reaches out (preferably on your podio prize claim so it is kept with the other details)

So it is important to remember we wont know there is an issue until were told then we chase it up again on behalf of the winner etc. 🙂

I’m not sure really what more can be done as no shipping companies as far as I’m aware have tracking that is viewable by a party outside of sender and recipient.
