An update on Reign Absolute:

I spoke with Adam from Reign Absolute and picked up a couple of extra details.
The art has been sourced from various international artists: in his main job Adam is an animator, so he’s got access to skilled people.

They’ve been working on the game mechanics, developing it over the last 3 years. The structure is more in line with an LCG, they’re specifically calling out that it’s not a new TCG/CCG.

 

There is also plans for a “terrain” expansion, with tiles to lay on the standard board with differing effects.
