It looks good (I wouldn’t want to meet him on a dark night, but imagine what he could do with that tongue!), but it looks a little more of a normal healthy flesh tone, at least in that pic.  The white background is a little bright and there’s not much flesh to see so perhaps my eyes are deceiving me.  Might be something I experiment with though.  Perhaps on the fleshy dogs?
