I for my part am happy to report: I life again… yesterday was a bad day with awful neck pain, headaches and my blood pressure all over the place… I was in bed by 7pm. Now only a minor headache and a bit of neck pain. Will stay in bed tomorrow. Thankfully we have the day off 🙂
