There’s load of options if you look for “pen grips” and “arthritis”, as pens are more prevalent in every day use.

These should help for normal “round” paint brush handles

You might need to pad out the brush for use with this tho

My Gran went down with Arthritis in her mid 30s and suffered greatly when trying to grip pens for any length of time (so I feel your pain).

Edit found these, they are “bigger” handled cheapo sable brushes. They might help if you are able to still hold a brush normally.

You might be able to find similar for cheaper elsewhere (but there’s no manufacturers make on the brushes to find out)
