I think the House challenge is awesome and I myself am also thinking of joining the Spring Cleaning challenge. I like the idea of adding milestones to keep everyone more involved (and vouchers are always nice :p).

I’m wondering, however, if there is a more personal element that could be added. There are enough challenges and the like for people to get stuck into. I think that it’s not the absence of hobby per se (I could bury myself in minis here and I know that my collection would be considered relatively small), but more the absence (or very different form) of the human element from the hobby.

Maybe make people team up for challenges, so you’re working on a project together?
