@horus500 GoR actually doesnt need to be that terrain heavy as Rome is a big place and there is place outside of the city as well as inside the city. I have a shed load of terrain for Rome as I love it and I pack it in as it looks good, but it works equally as well in open plazas with little terrain and then outside the city rural villas, all places to play.

In fact there is more interesting rules coming out free, as pdfs, where they are looking more into less terrain heavy environment.
