Reply To: OnTableTop needs a forum – A discussion thread

For my two pence – I am firmly in the forum camp rather than discord and I have been a backstager  since the team were in Essex.

Every time I fire up Discord, it feels like Iam walking into a conversation half way through filled with in jokes which would take half a day of scrolling back to find the source of. Personally I find it very off putting and has killed my desire to ever turn it on.

The slower pace of forums, the better organisation and the ability to look at topics I want, when I want make them far more usefull to me.

Whatever happens I hope the end result is to encourage the community back to the site, rather than splitting everyone between the site, discord and Youtube.
