Also from the company’s point of view, they still need to consider COVID-19 and be able to make their workforce ‘feel’ safe and be safe in the office. That will be a factor that many of us won’t consider as customers. I don’t want to start arguments around what they elect to do, some companies have said everyone can work from home permanently and others have clearly never left the workplace out of necessity. OTT are the only ones that can make that decision and whatever they decide we should respect.

We can still comment on it and have an opinion, just don’t expect it to be followed through on just because we want XYZ.
