I’d take a step back and look for options that could be used across the four genres you stated. I mean “Trees” are always a given, but perhaps “muddy” or Cobblestone roads could be used for the Victorian Science Fiction, Fantasy Town and Blood and Plunder.

 

With the BT terrain, we did make a load for it down at the club. But we found we kept reverting to the printed maps that are available for the game (plus they don’t need painting). Putting the money you were going to spend on the 3D terrain towards buying more maps could be an idea (plus mini’s don’t fall off maps 😀 )
