@redscope – Those prices sound like outright highway robbery to me, especially since they are PLASTIC figures. The amounts you mentioned might be borderline ok if they were all METAL.

As for great value, I have in one of my way too many boxes a freezer bag full of nothing but Battlemasters and Heroquest Chaos figures, which came from the games and out of various bitz boxes of now defunct game stores.There are 30+ Marauder bowmen, 20+ Beastmen, 1 Ogre, 50+ Warriors, 5 complete Knights plus 2 who only have half a horse each. I have no idea how much I paid for the lot over the years, but I estimate that the figures in this bag probably cost me less than US$ 50.

Call me a dinosaur, but I cringe when metal figures cost over $ 2, plastic over $ 1 each.
