Blocked uploading images

Has anyone any idea how I can get around getting a ‘Blocked’ message when I try to add images to a project?
I’ve tried reloading the page and confirming the form resubmission but with no luck .

Oh … and I’ve tried from my laptop and my phone.

How many pictures do you try to upload at once and how large are the files?

Sometimes I’ll resize the image by taking a screenshot with my phone – that works 100% of the time. I think it might change the format too, but 99% of the time I have no problems with phone photos.

It was just one image at a time, around 2MB.
I’ve resized it, so it’s coming it in at around 100KB and that’s worked.

I’ve never had to resize before, but hey if it works I’m not complaining.

Somewhere at 2MB picture size seems to be a hard limit for OTT/BoW. Which is reasonable because if we all would upload the full size pictures from our phones storage on here would get big (and expensive) fast 😉
