He just had an interview at Paint All the Minis Podcast:
Haven’t heard it yet, but thought some of you may be interested.
Also with wet palate there are at least two “high profile” youtube painters that I can think of now who don’t use one. So while I can’t imagine not using wet palate, it is certainly not as unheard of as it may seem.

Last I checked he was in my basement painting my saga stuff.
Humm… how did he get out?
January 18, 2020 at 8:48 am #1474188There have also been more instagram pictures of collections of fancy DSLR cameras – looks like a Youtube channel is on the way. I wish him luck. He seems a nice guy.

January 19, 2020 at 1:25 pm #1474867@blinky465 ‘Old Two Coats’ sounds like the name of either a legendary beat of the oceans, a pirate king, or some sort of alien horror haunting a backwater world. I like it.
January 19, 2020 at 1:26 pm #1474868January 19, 2020 at 10:10 pm #1475139He has spoken about wet palletes before and said he just didn’t get on with them. He’ll be playing with airbrushes next.
January 20, 2020 at 9:51 am #1475427Having listened to the pod cast with him, he makes some interesting points. One is about there being this restriction on GW staff being able to talk about other things. He said there is no rules, but he saw it as he worked for GW as was a public face of the company and so did not think it appropriate to talk about his other interests in a public forum.
I have never really been a big fan of Duncan, but I do have a new found respect for him now.
