Experiences with Warmonger miniatures

Hey there everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with ordering from Warmonger miniatures- I put in an online order about a week and a half ago for some of their minis because they’re extremely characterful and so far haven’t had a confirmation of shipping. On their site it says they’re usually shipped within a business day. I’m hoping they’re just extremely busy and haven’t had chance to ship it and it’s not that the order has fallen through the cracks. So yeah, has anyone had any experience ordering from them before?

Never got figures from them but i hope you get your stuff.

I had the same problems with them when ordering. The minis eventually arrived after 6 weeks but they never replied to my emails.

@nightrunner hmm, I’m hoping this is what’s going to happen with these – i’d sent an email after 5 business days with no shipping update with no reply so it sounds like it’s usual for them.

They seem pretty active on Facebook .At least they were when releasing their 10mm stuff

That’s a shame to hear mate as I have ordered with them only the once and I got an email confirming my shipping status and I had email correspondence with the lady working there in admin as I asked her some questions about the miniature range and she was very helpful.

Maris is the lady that I corresponded with in relation to a refund on shipping as it didn’t calculate it when I processed the order and they refunded me back the 10 quid straight away.

@tanath thank you very much for that – I’ll give it another week or so and send an email to the address you’ve given me. I sent one to the Wargames Foundry email address after it’d been a week – I’m hoping all is well because I already want to order a bucketload more stuff!

Update: no reply to another email, but the minis arrived today! They’re awesome!
