Classical Fauns are now on Kickstarter ideal for force of nature in Kings of War or to mix with greeks for Age of Magic or Warlords of Erewhon.
The hope is to get the funding for the basic tooling with stretch goals including female fauns, centaurs and other surprises.
May 10, 2019 at 4:26 pm #1388952Funny I was just looking at this on Kickstarter. I do hope it funds, while I like the Mantic Centaurs, you can never have enough Centaurs.
May 10, 2019 at 5:34 pm #1388994also if the centaurs mean we get unbarded horses as well I’m all for that, they’re almost impossible to find.
May 10, 2019 at 7:51 pm #1389031The plastics remind me of oathmark/frostgrave plastics. Looking good. Hope this gets more visibility.
May 11, 2019 at 9:40 am #1389239I’ve had the pleasure to paint a couple. A really nice plastic set with loads of options..highly recommended ??

May 11, 2019 at 10:04 am #1389243@avernos I was convinced eBob sold unbarded horses but they only do them under their commercial licence. Rob and Gerry’s miniature horses? Lol!
May 11, 2019 at 10:08 am #1389244no eBob’s never sold them without the license there are three companies that do them in 28mm, there used to be a fourth but they’ve changed how they sell them. Two of those companies don’t show images on their websites, it took literally hours of trawling the web to find them when someone suggested a stampede made of horses and I thought, “of course, how simple is that I’m surprised we’ve not seen more of them”.
So yeah it’s weird that a simple stretch goal add on is one of the things I’m most excited for

I got to say this is looking really cool.
Gerry showed me the stuff a few weeks back and now seeing painted stuff is class.
