I’m 50-50 converting them. Taking the bard head off is a cinch but the tiefling ones have long hair that is shoulder length…

 

As for the community project maybe nothing too complicated or deadline ey just kinda tip away at. If people are interested than it warrants further discussion.

I haven’t questioned why it turned out that way haha. Maybe Im getting quicker at washes and hilgihts. I’ve not finished Goblin town which is good (did Fili today). All are based and varnished. I will start a thread soon for it, or a project log. I would like people to give me feedback over what kind of wash to put on their bases though.
