    @mage The owl made me happy.

    The scenery was fun. Here’s an American penny for scale. C22DC3B6-B428-4CBC-B420-A9C400D28083

    @joshtogo :

    Looks like Batman … but I might be mistaken as it has cops and robbers that look like they’d fit the prohibition era.

    It’s CMON’s Godfather … Google told me so.

    Also … this was posted in another thread by @totsuzenheni :

    All I can say is … imagine if Heath Ledger had been the one to star.

    @limburger Godfather is indeed correct.

    At this rate I’m never going to get to my Infinity squads. Definitely a first world problem.

    At 43 I’m confronting my own mortality—not because of medical or health issues but because I am having to face the reality that if I never buy another game or model I likely have enough minis presently to keep me busy painting the rest of my days.

    It’s actually strangely comforting.

    Quick post before bed. Started work in my last squad of Hellblasters. Slowngoing but making progress.

    also assembled the gorgeous master of possession from Shadowspear. Amazing model and want more but the bottom of the staff snapped as I tried to trim it. Be warned

    @joshtogo another collectors edition Hellboy owner. Wonderful choice. Models look good, Red really pops. I have to agree about the clue tokens, they are brilliant but tiny. Great work on the scrolls one.

    @mage pack your Minotaurs and get a flight over to North Wales to play my deathguard. They are looking great. Can we have some multi angle apothecary close ups? The white looked good against the others but I need to feed my inner Simon Cowell.

    I remember listening to this at university. On tape cassette. On my Walkman. Or cheap equivalent anyway.

    @robert good choice I’d almost forgotten this album.

    wouldn’t say no to a game. 10 points for Bruce Dickinson. I’ve a few things to do but will try better pics before bed before my night in a little while

    I actually properly painted something. Not much. Just the white metal on my Intercessors. I was going to do their rifles, too (which you might be able to see in the background), but I’ll do them later. Bugs me a bit just how unfinished Ultramarines look until you put the gold on the Aquila…which is the last bit. 😛

    Have some slightly different music (from my normal styles)!

    @joshtogo it’s best not to worry about the stack of stuff you’ve got to assemble & paint.

    Heck, I probably have enough to hobby for a few centuries at my speed.

    Batman season 2 is live …

    You can get both season 1 & 2 or get that what you need :

    If you’re into that other Batman game then this might be a cheap way to get a really great set of plastic miniatures.

    Did some assembly today. These guys were a joy to put together and look great. Don’t care about all the complaining online about Obliterators

    @mage What is supposed to be wrong with the Obliterators, out of curiosity? I thought the new Chaos ‘range’ (or bit of it, at least) looks pretty good. I’m not into the Chaos aesthetic, myself, but I do enjoy the models.

    @crazyredcoat

    People on the social medias say they are overcosted for what they can do, in-game. Then again gamers, particularly 40k players tend to make a sport out of complaining so go figure.

    Okay guys, BST at 19:00 I will close this thread. I wont be doing one this weekend, whether or not anyone decides to step up. I need a break from it. I am free, I am around, and if one gets thrown up I will participate. However I am burned out a little.
