Original Mongoose Victory at Sea ship models

Following on from the news item on Warlord releasing Victory at Sea here is a picture of the original models Mongoose did. Sheer coincidence the box happened to be on the shelf in my office.

Just for historic interest really, we will find out soon what Warlord has planned.

For scale the metal Graf Spee is a 1/3000 Navwar model.

I love the original Victory at Sea.  I’ve got so many 1/3000 ships. Be interesting to see the models they do release with the game.  Sam Mustafa is bringing out his Combined Fleet rules soon so there is so much Naval War love going on these days.

This is going to be interesting, I’ve got some GHQ ships in the stash and I was looking at getting a few more before last Xmas. Don’t know if I’ll go with a new scale with the new rules, need to see the new models.
