OTT Store Pricing issues

Hi guys,
Sent this as a FB PM last week but appears no-one has read it
I want to throw money in your direction….. however you’re making this difficult for me!
Looking at some FoW stuff on the webstore, you might want to check your pricing on a few things…
For example:
M8 Cavalry Recon platoon: OTT £19.20 inc 20% discount…. or £18 direct from Battlefront
Armoured Rifle Company HQ: OTT £24 inc 20% discount…. or £13.50 direct from Battlefront

I don’t think that they can. As someone who buys supplies and stock in small quantities for my own business I can tell you: reseller rates are bad at the moment. I don’t know how bad they are in the hobby industry but I end up buying stock from Amazon because my net wholesale price is above the Amazon price including taxes.

Small businesses will always charge more than most other companies. And if the manufacturer himself is selling… well they can undercut everybody.  :S

Buying from OTT would be like going to the FLGS. It costs a bit more but you get something extra. (At the FLGS you get a place to game, here we get this here online presence)

@olliep I’ve let the guys know I imagine that someone has made what is technically known as a “cock up”

there is a ticketing function on the store that is generally the best way to get someones attention as facepage is monitored by a different group of banana loving minions than the store is.

Hopefully they’ll get it sorted so you can throw cash at Warren’s pension fund sooner 🙂

@sundancer – all the other items on the store are 20% off Battlefront’s RRP, except these 2 that are wildly above (near double in one case) so as Gerry said, appears to be a technical “cock up” 🙂
