Haven’t had lots of time this month, but I finished a little mini.

A little kid dressed as a ghost for Halloween.

It’s from the Dungeons & Lasers Townsfolk range (or the stretchgoals that came with the Kickstarter).

I’m away for a few weeks tomorrow (7am flight) so haven’t managed to get a full diorama or the rest of the gang painted up. But here’s my entry for this month’s “spooky” painting contest.

I’d have liked more time to finish painting the rest of the gang (they’re all “base coated” but not really to a standard you’d want to include in anything and say “I painted that”). I guess the truth is, I did have more time, I was just slow getting started this month. You’ll just have to imagine the spooky castle walls with a painting where the eyes follow you around the room.
Maybe when I get back, I finish the rest of the gang and post a follow-up.
Or maybe I’ll be panicking already to get next month’s entry even started!

@torros – exactly as @somegeezer says – no reason why you can’t. Mine is almost the same mini too (maybe a few years older?)

This month’s entry is a Spooky Imperial Saint Statue and some grimdark fencing to keep the plebs out. Just as fun as last month,  printed it early, then left it until the last minute. A bit of ambient tealight lighting helped bring the gloom. Made the water far too blue for any imperial citizen to be allowed near it, hence the fence. Still getting to grips with this UV resin, couldn’t quite get the flat surface I was after. Will likely continue to work on it, maybe a nice base to keep it all together.
