To the crew around @tgu3 and @nakchak may I suggest a sticky topic for the technical support forum?

    ###

When reporting a problem please always ad the following

    • Typ of device on which the problem occurred (PC, Mac, Smartphone)
    • Operation System (windows, iOS, MacOS, Android) and Version
    • Used Browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer)
    • Date, Time and Timezone of the problem (Timezone should make searching log files much more easy)
    • Screenshots if possible

    Hope this helps 😉

It was mooted however for every one that follows the template 10 won’t, behind the scenes we do have a tracker of sorts,

That said it may happen still..

true but I found if a hand full of people does it properly that’s a hand full you don’t have to ask to fill your tracking 😉 That’s great about Troubleticket system that you configure so that they only accept properly filled out forms 😉

Even better with your own ticket system you make it spool to /dev/null ??not that I would ever do that, changing the form validation to include a certain email address as ‘invalid character’ was suffcient ?
