Sound issue on smartphones with Gencon coverage

Just as this hasn’t been officially reported yet (as in in here).

Looks like on smartphones, there is no sound on the vast majority of the videos in the Gencon coverage so far. Sound stops completely after the OTT intro, resumes for the outro.

Would love to see a quick fix in place, as I was looking forward to some of the interviews.

Hi, we are aware of the issue. The problem is most cell phones use a mono speaker and the recorded video uses a type of stereo recording that the processor has difficulty trans coding. If you use headphones or other external speakers you will hear it.
