I think this got lost in the thread I posted it in so decided to post it as a separate thread:
Glad to have ya’ll back and the webiste is way faster loading, the few hickups will be sorted in no-time, I’m sure.
And a quick question I actually won something last weekend and claimed the prize, but have not heard anything back, and just wanted to make sure that did not get lost during the move of the website. (This is now 2 weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything 🙁 )
And a technical feedback I updated my profile and when switching between the tabs I got error messages the site was not found immediately after it actually finished loading, just going back solved that issue though.
On the same area then swictihing the who can view the new selection is not reflected or displayed until after clicking the save button down below, which can be confusing.
I’m on a Mac in Safari with all current updates.
But still great job guys looking forward to see what’s about to come our way

June 1, 2018 at 1:37 pm #1195924Justin processes that email account when he has time. He doesn’t check it every day and I don’t think anyone else deals with it. On a good day it can take a few weeks to get things dealt with, and Justin and the BoW guys have been super busy recently with the website, and now they’re at the expo. I wouldn’t expect a response too soon, but he will get back to you when he can. Although anyone who submitted a claim before the changeover would appreciate knowing their claims didn’t get lost or forgotten, I’m sure. Just like for any “comment below” competition entries on the old site.

Obviously, with the 2.0 move and UKGE, and other games coverage, I’m sure they’re behind on many tasks! And either way, it’s free goodies they promised to send us, can’t argue with that!! Patience is a virtue =)

Any news on your prizes? Since mine was claimed on may 12th I still did not get a confirmation that it was actually going to be processed. I’m beginning to think at this point the claim may have been lost. Did anyone claim a prize later and get a confirmation?
