Yeah mass upgrade of all components on the platform to get us to a fresh state to start working on the actual features.

So a ton of interconnected modules all upgrading and it’s just … Complicated lol

Thanks for the update @warzan  Best of luck to you and the team with the upgrades.  I might wait until it looks like things have settled down a bit before doing the next project update 🙂

best way to test is to deploy straight to production without any backups 😉

Battletech Mercenaries saga has ended for me. Or rather the kickstarter deliveries are complete.

I do wonder if CGL dare to post any updates …

I doubt there will be much of updates from CGL.

Personally I’m looking forward to the live stream AMG has set for *looks at clock* in around 12 minutes. Star Wars Legion Dev stream.

I wonder what they will say.

    (At least I thing it’s in 11 minutes if I haven’t miscalculated.)

Had some etsy resins delivered today for my Arabian Nights RPG and they are nicely detailed…

However… this is the first time I had any 3D resins delivered with all the supports still attached and although that meant the minis were in perfect condition when I received them… it was a scary few minutes as I tried to clean them up.

Nothing broken thankfully. It feels like another reason not to buy a 3D printer.

Can’t share a picture of the minis just yet as I had some superglue problems and not restocked. One bottle has glued itself tightly shut and I can’t get in without risking a massive spill. My other superglue was so old that it had completely solidified inside the tube.

I have many reasons not to buy a 3D printer, the biggest being that I have absolutely no room for it.

Most 3D printed figures are quite frightfully fragile, so much so that I have actually broken several just while cleaning and painting them – no, I am not clumsy – and am afraid to use them in games or even move them from the shelf.

However, there seem to be some compounds that are much more similar to regular plastic, which leads to much sturdier figures, I got a bunch of very nice High Elves off Etsy that fall into this category, the material looks and feels very similar to the dark grey/bluish plastic Grenadier’s Fantasy Warriors basic Orcs and Dwarfs were made of.

I have also bought a bunch of 3D prints off Temu and they are almost equal to plastic in resilience and come EXTREMELY well packaged, each one in a separate box, the mini twisty-tied to a foam base and the rest of the box stuffed full of foam particles, or the mini encased in a little ‘cage’ consisting of a plastic frame with clingfilm. Very professional.

    Good and also morning.

It’s Thursday but also almost Friday because reasons.

    Same.

I’m still enjoying the great lamentation on the book of faces in the Star Wars: Legion groups. Like little children who have been send to their room. “I’ll run away!11!1!” XD

    Back to work!

I’m also waiting for it! I hope they’ll show smth really new for Legion, and not just repeat what was already known.

They did talk about some new stuff but given that the Roadmap 2025 has just been released there wasn’t too much really new stuff. I’m guessing when Ministravaganza comes around we’ll see the first of new stuff that’s beyond the roadmap.

New Star Wars movie 2027, new Andor; lots of Star Wars material for Legion.

    I still want my TUSKENS!

Chances of the new star wars movie sucking are pretty high I’d guess.

Would it be the mandolorian + grogu movie ?

Not sure how that would work as I think the series just ended and didn’t feel like it needed more TBH.

Plans for easter now include a visit to the museum at Overloon with my nephews and niece.
Should be fun to see how the kids react to this kind of stuff. They apparently have a D-day experience thingy, which is a bit odd as the museum is on the site of one of the bloodiest battles of Operation Market Garden.

Not yet sure what the exact plans are usually I visit them during easter, but will know more soon.

Well, let’s reuse this then. It’s resurrection week after all XD
