November 20, 2019 at 9:43 pm #1458585Hi folks,
First time posting for a while.
I finally got around to finishing my Orlock Gang for Necromunda.
This has taken me so long that I have in fact stopped playing the game, not to say I won’t play again in the future.
I went for a 1980s British coal theme with the colors. (Orlocks being miners)
Very glad to get these finished.

November 21, 2019 at 8:59 am #1458646Hey all, been AWOL for a bit but last night I painted the first of my great war British from great war miniatures.
I’ve never been so obsessed over shades of brown before.
There’s a few technical issues, I found these new vallejo shades tricky to thin properly, they possibly need more mixing. The result being a bit of “dragging” if you look closely.
November 21, 2019 at 9:42 am #1458661November 21, 2019 at 1:45 pm #1458710Day Five of the whistle stop tour into the world of 1938 A Very British Civil War and today is the turn of the Albertines. With his brother Edward VIII refusing to abdicate, Prince Albert and the rest of the royal family retreated for safety reason to Canadian. Wanting to make his brother see sense and do the right thing, Prince Albert, with the aid of the Empire and Commonwealth landed back in the United kingdom with a aim to united the factions gathered against Edward and defeat him.
This is a chap is fro one of the Regiments that remained loyal to the Royal Family, renamed from the King’s Own to Prince Albert’s Own Yorkshire Light Infantry.

November 22, 2019 at 10:31 am #1458896November 22, 2019 at 1:00 pm #1458980Today, Day six, in my tour of the world of 1938 A Very British Civil War it is the turn of the Scottish Republic. Yes the Scottish Republic as Scotland declared itself and fought to remain a republic at the start of the Civil War as the King was being unconstitutional and the installing of the Moseley Government. This chap is one of the many local militias raised in the high and lowlands of Scotland to remove the Royalist and over faction threats in Scotland and defend the Republic.
