Wyrd Games has a nice selection of new releases for January for their 32mm scale wargames, The Other Side and Malifaux. With it still being in that "new year" period, maybe it's time to try out a new game with some fun miniatures from their weird worlds.

The world of The Other Side is going to be expanding with Beyond The Other Side launching early next year from Wyrd Games. Inside it, you're going to find new miniatures for a variety of factions including the Three Kingdoms who are going to be getting themselves a War Elephant!

Wyrd has been busy previewing some models for not just one game system, but two. With Hex Bows and Yaksha approaching Malifaux & The Other Side.

Bringing the theme of April Showers to Spring-Grown Flowers, players are challenged to get their Wyrd models out for some good-clean thematic fun.

Now that Gen Con 2021 has passed us by, Origins Game Fair is underway. Taking us on a hands-on approach looking at the newest board games from Wyrd.

However, we won't be looking at how they play in The Other Side, we will be taking a look at their abilities and their chance of survival in a different arena - Malifaux. 

Are you a fan of Malifaux like myself? Or like to enter Through the Breach or The Other Side. Even like to engage in a little Bayou Bash? Well, a brand new community gate has opened, as Wyrd have announced their Official Discord Server.  Currently transitioning over from A Wyrd Place, their official community group on Facebook, players can immerse themselves in all the conversation they require surrounding all Wyrd products. 

You may have noticed, but The Other Side from Wyrd Games has been really brought into the centre of attention recently. With the recent announcement of the collaboration between Malifaux and The Other Side, as players can use their The Other Side miniatures in the more-so popular game, and the announced upcoming Starter Sets, things are evolving in the game system and they are improving for the better. 

Wyrd has most recently announced that there will be some crossovers with characters in The Other Side and Malifaux, providing two sets of cards to enable them to be in play for both games. Last week, Wyrd previewed the newest character from the list to be released in the new Starter Set for The Other Side, who is also playable in Malifaux too. 

Malifaux just keeps on giving, providing us players new ways to engage with not just that game system, but across all game titles held through the breach.

Wyrd Games has been getting into the Easter spirit as well and talking about what is going to be dropped for the 2020 season.
