Normally, we don't post leaks, but considering that Games Workshop's social media team has rolled with the leaks of the new boxed set for a new edition of Warhammer: The Horus Heresy, we thought we'd dive in and have a peek at what popped up yesterday. Fancy some Saturnine Terminators?

What seems to be the new boxed set for an updated edition of Warhammer: The Horus Heresy popped up on Reddit yesterday and it has pretty much confirmed a lot of the rumours folks had been hearing about the new options coming our way. The set, subtitled Saturnine, is in reference to the mark of Terminator armour that you can see on display here on the front of the boxed set, worn by the Salamanders in this case.

The new boxed set is coming with enough miniatures to field two armies, covering the Salamanders and the Iron Warriors, with some lovely MkII Tactical Marines and Veterans, plus the Saturnine Terminators, Saturnine Dreadnought and the Saturnine Praetor to lead the way.

It's a bit hard to make out the numbers of each that you get in the set, but much like with the previous set for The Horus Heresy, this means that you can either use this to make two starter armies or one larger force.

The design of the Saturnine armour is rather spiffing and fits in nicely with the retro look of the classic Terminators from "back in the day". This old bean (see below) has been given quite the update when it comes to these new plastic sets.

Whilst this would normally have sent Games Workshop into panic mode, it seems like this time their social media team are rolling with the punches. Unfortunate as it might be that the boxed set has been leaked, it has meant that Games Workshop can have some fun on their The Horus Hearsay website, which has been designed as a faux "leaks" website where they can drum up publicity for the new edition of The Horus Heresy.

With plenty of jokes about bad photography, strange alien languages (French) and muttering about Dreadnoughts being too big, it seems like Games Workshop might have turned a corner when it comes to how they deal with inevitable leaks.

Drop your thoughts down below on the new Saturnine Terminators and that boxed set!
