Dream Pod 9 Provide Some Air Support With Peregrine Gunships

Dream Pod 9 have left the Heavy Gears behind for a moment and instead are focusing on the Peregrine Gunships for the CEF faction within the game. You can see what they look like both assembled and 'exploded' in component form...
The flyer is armed with rocket pods or anti-tank rockets as well as the nose mounted gun which can provide some additional supporting fire to cover infantry. I think it looks like a great vehicle to have hovering over the battlefield as the Gears duke it out below.
Now we just need someone to make a diorama where you have some infantry below the Peregrines with dust blasting away to either side as the enemy approach their drop zone. I have no idea how you would do swirling dust clouds but now the challenge has been set forth.

Interesting. Not particularly liking the shape of the nose mounted gun but otherwise, interesting…
I’ve seen modelers use cotton fibers dyed tan as dust swirls around moving vehicles. Hard to do for a hovering aircraft though.
its different.
Not sure I like the bulk of the nose weapon, it seems a bit odd. Though as a whole I really like a lot of the Heavy Gear stuff and I love the Gear designs.
