Introduce Aerial Firepower In May With Corvus Belli’s Infinity
April 8, 2025 by brennon
Some great new miniatures are going to be coming to the Sci-Fi world of Infinity soon from Corvus Belli, building up options for the Shindenbutai, PanOceania and O-12. There are some great miniatures for you to choose from, starting with some that are taking to the sky to deliver justice.
Firebat Attack Wing // Infinity
First up, we have the Firebat, which is a new strike aircraft for O-12 and the Torchlight Brigade. The Firebat is incredibly quick and loaded up with some serious firepower for shredding the enemy. It's an intriguing new miniature for O-12 and the Torchlight Brigade, which takes their faction in a different direction. It certainly makes a difference from seeing more and more TAGs.
The second of the aerial options for Infinity is the Redeye which can be used by the Kestral Colonial Force and PanOceania.
Redeye // Infinity
The Redeye is another speedy addition to the range which can lay down covering fire whilst your infantry advance. The weapon options available mean that it can deal with enemies up close and personal or take pot shots at long range. This seems like another integral part of upgrading your squad that you might have scooped up as part of the Operation: Sandtrap Battle Pack.
Shindenbutai Reinforcements
As well as those two flying options for use in Infinity, those collecting Shindenbutai will get themselves some great new miniatures led by the Yamabushi.
Yamabushi // Infinity
Once a legendary group of mountain ascetic hermits from feudal Japan, the Yamabushi are now veterans from the army, law enforcement or emergency services who have devoted themselves to protecting the balance of nature and defending the lives of the innocent. They will rise from their contemplative corners of the world in order to fight for the JSA, able to throw themselves forward on the tabletop to block enemy movements and deliver a suckerpunch when required.
Corvus Belli has also introduced the Shindenbutai Expansion Pack Delta, which can give you a bit of extra firepower.

This set comes with three miniatures: the Tanuki with a Heavy Machine Gun, a Tanuki Paramedic with Boarding Shotgun and a special character, Shurayuki, who comes with a MULTI Rifle. This deadly, professional assassin finds themselves backed up by two infantrymen giving you a solid Fireteam for use alongside the rest of the Shindenbutai.
Shurayaki is a contract killer who has now sold her services to the Emperor and does all of the wet work that others won't deal with. A solid set of elite troops for you to bulk out the Operation: Sandtrap Battle Pack and the JSA on the tabletop.
Are you going to be picking up some of these new releases?

If this is the new hotness for Infinity, I can’t wait to see hover bikes for JSA.
Spez Muhreenz join the Infinity! Huzzah!
Both look cool, but I don’t like the steering design of the Firebat – unless he is just holding on and steering with his brain!
Vehicles in Infinity.. now we are talking, something that is never in cover
