Kromlech are getting Orktober started with a first wave of miniatures that have turned the volume up to eleven and snapped the knob off. Check out their first set of 28mm scale Sci-Fi Orcs, which you can use to create a very nice themed force.

Orc Rokkerboys Squad // Kromlech

We start with the Rokkerboys, who can be used to make a great set of music fanatics or indeed a couple of different bands vying to be the loudest and the best. The set comes with a variety of resin options for creating ten Rokkerboys, each armed with their guitars, which have been designed for perfect choppin' and shootin'. No need to worry about WYSIWYG with these miniatures, as they are armed for all manner of situations.

This is a really characterful set of miniatures and I like the nice mix of accessories that Kromlech has included in the pack. You've got loads of bottles of booze, plus ways to blast music and more. There are plenty of nice nods within the set to different rockers, too, which is neat.

Backing up the Orc Rokkerboys Squad is the Groupie Goblins Squad, who will be doing all of the work behind the scenes to make sure the "show" goes off without too many hitches.

This set also includes components to make ten resin Groupie Goblins. They are just as characterful as the Orc Rokkerboys and come in some excellent poses. It will be really fun painting these, especially with some of the lurid colours that you'd expect for their hair. You could have a bit of fun doing all sorts when it comes to making these miniatures feel unique, maybe with the addition of some cool tattoo work?

This set also comes with an Orc Bouncer and Gnaw, who can lead the way and keep the Goblins in check. I sense that rather than not letting you in, the Gnaw will end up eating you and spitting your bones into a trench somewhere.

As well as the new sets above, you can also get some new bitz from Kromlech, which can be used to enhance the Orcs that you have in your collection already.

You can choose between the Orc Rokkerboys Heads or the Ork Rokkerboys Guitars. Or, get your hands on both of these and use them to have some fun with the plastic miniatures that have been languishing in your collection, looking very boring indeed.

The Rokkerboys Heads set comes with enough to give some added personality to ten Orks and there are five Rokkerboys Guitars in the weapons set. You could give those guitars to your Orcs or strap them to the side of vehicles so you can show that your Rokkerboys are on the road.
