Conquest Delve Into Medieval History & More

We stop in with the awesome Conquest Games to find out what they have planned in the near future and how their plastic range AND Fantasy collection has expanded over the past few months.

Comment To Win - Medieval Knights Plastic Set

We're loving how this range is looking, perfect for SAGA and of course your alternative Fantasy games too. Who wouldn't want some Robin Hood figures to skirmish around with?

This was actually the biggest surprise for me so far, that looked stunning and fresh as well!! Good work Conquest!

I like plastics. So much easier to mod and kit-bash. These guys would fit right in with Saga, and Frostgrave, and loads of other dark age skirmishers.

Nice idea on taking the designs in his own direction, although I do wonder how much you can change something before it stops being that thing; taking the Elves for example, assuming those mini on the right of the first pic are the Elves, then those don’t look Elven to me, more treeman and I wonder how many others will feel the same way.

Also, can he actually call the Ent an Ent? I thought that like Hobbit, the name Ent was property of the Tolkien Estate and other people had to use more generic terms.

Other than that the giants look really nice, large without being rediculously big. The Norman/Robin Hood stuff also looks great. 🙂

Ent is just the Anglo Saxon word for giant

Brilliant idea to give the mythical creatures a twist in appearance, the knights are looking good and i can’t wait to see the Errol Flynn inspired bowman 😀 .
