I have preordered mine from my FLGS and I see in the video on the third shelf Star Trek Ascendancy the Borg faction. I hope the Cardassian Union and The Ferengi Alliance expansions will be with us very soon!!

Sounds neat, especially with all the Doctors. But … it’s also odd that GF9 and BBC/Warlord have competing Dr. Who games being released at the same time. No licensing issues?

Now we have the initial minis, how long until a skirmish game, and eventually a full war game. Obviously not featuring the Doctor himself as he won’t fight, but you could do Cybermen vs Daleks, or Sontarons Vs UNIT.

It doesn’t look like there is much to the game BUT when it’s Dr. Who so it’s worth looking into a bit more.
