@panouil, With the exception of edge cases like huge ship formations firing as one and rams from PHR battleships you likely won’t be rolling more than 10 dice at a time.

I like what I see about the ramming rules in these videos. It’s feels really like a desperate last act of heroism rather than just a rules element that can be used tactically.

Yeeaaahh! What I had hoped for. Ramming battleships are awesome. Too bad it was just a light cruiser. Still – that just got obliterated in a spectacular fashion.

It made me so happy when I first heard that ramming had been implemented in a more realistic manner than two ships colliding.

With Catastrophic damage ships with hull over 10 add +1 to their dice roll (p49 Catastrophic damage modifiers summary) this would mean that the blazing wreck result of the dreadnought would have gone up to a shredded result. The strix with its hull of 8 would be unmodified. Unfortunately this modifier is not on the QRF (Probably worth adding your own note)
