I really hate when publishers do this. Exclusive minis for conventions are so unfair for everyone who has no funds or time to go. Shame on you Soda Pop

They’re not allowed to sell them at retail, @inhumanbookworm. These minis are based on the Penny Arcade IP and were arranged when CMoN were handling distribution. SPM have made available at retail all the miniatures that CMoN made exclusive, but the terms of the contract with Penny Arcade means they can’t with these ones.

Always amazes me just how much is crammed into those swag bags, how many do they give away at the event? And what’s the partial bag all about?

There were roughly 2000 attendees last year, granted some of the tickets at the door do not get bags. They do only have a limited number of VIG bags though. The partials are less expensive and don’t include the full factions for games.
