We had to grab some snaps of how the crowds were as they popped into the vendor hall for the first time.
The line around the FFG booth was utterly insane as they all queued for Legend Of The Five Rings and other goodness from them.
When will FFG be announcing upcoming games?
They’ve been announcing them for the last couple of weeks. They host a presentation called the In-Flight Report at GenCon in which they preview some stuff. I think it might be on now. The team are recording for upload later.
Excuse me, the report is tomorrow 🙂
I think I’ve heard of this ‘Legend of the Five Rings’ thing…
Used to be a huuuuuuge L5R fan. Had the rpg, played the cardgame. Read the novels.
Just couldn’t keep up with all the editions.
I’m very worried what FFG is doing. Hoturi is now female which is shame for the story.
Also the mechanics are totally different
My favourite always was Bayushi Shoju. Especially the way he was portrayed in the first Clan War novel.
He’s back… but he doesn’t seem quite who he was…
I’m very very weary.
Did the Tal’Dorei campaign book sell out yet?
The crowds do not appear to be that bad yet.

That is a hell of a lot of people. Looks like everyone is have a good time though.
FFG always a long line!
Lines like that may be threatening GW’s #1 spot one day.
I was more crowded than that at times, depending on what was going on
