Black Scorpion Hire Some New Female Fantasy Mercenaries

Black Scorpion Miniatures added to their Fantasy range with some new 32mm figures that build on their existing Breninmoor collection. These new Female Mercenaries are going to be great for use in the likes of Mordheim, Frostgrave and maybe even patrolling the streets of Guards Of Traitor's Toll.

Female Mercenaries Set #1 // Black Scorpion Miniatures

There are two sets for you to choose from. The first of these (above) features some rather badass Mercenaries that have come from all corners of whatever Fantasy world you're plugged into right now. I appreciate the mixture of armour choices here which help to build on the theme of these warrior women travelling the world, selling their swords to the highest bidder.

My favourite might be the lady on the right with her almost Joan Of Arc-style armour. I do like the feckin' massive axe the lady on the left has as well; clearly a good dungeon delver.

The second set features a couple of miniatures that would be good as Mercenaries-come-Town-Guard who have been drafted in to watch over the city walls. I think the helmet design sells that idea for me.

Female Mercenaries Set #2 // Black Scorpion Miniatures

The lady with the horned helm could well be the leader of whatever Mercenary outfit that you're going to be building with these miniatures. Perhaps she has sold her soul to the whispers in the dark and been gifted great strength in return for her devotion? The last miniature on the far right switches up the vibe entirely and gives us a bit of a rogue and a vagabond. She cuts the purses of baffled civilians in the tightly packed city streets.

These miniatures are coming soon from Black Scorpion and as we're getting previews now, we could see these popping up at Salute in a few weeks.
