Black Scorpion Miniatures have been working hard to bring a new selection of miniatures out for the weekend of Salute! There are some great character miniatures and other surprises in the selection that might be worth picking up at the show or online over the course of the weekend.

Blackbear - Black Scorpion Miniatures

Blackbeard // Black Scorpion Miniatures

The first miniature is for Blackbeard. Considering Black Scorpion's history with their pirate game, Cutlass!, it seems apt that there would be this salty sea dog in the collection. As you can see, the miniature shows him loving life with cutlass and pistol at the ready.

The second of their miniatures, and one that came as quite the surprise, was the Steampunk Penny Farthing!

This miniature was a combination of digital and traditional sculpting alongside modern scanning and a bit of 3D printing! All of this made the miniature possible and turned it into something Black Scorpion could offer this weekend for those wanting a new painting project.

There is also a great Show Exclusive miniature for this year, the Lute Player.

The Lute Player will be free with all purchases of £30 or more and will be added to your basket online automatically if you reach the target. There will also be more of the miniature available for those who want a few more. It was originally a miniature by Stefan Niehues-Ellermann that came in at 60mm tall but it has been scanned and rescaled to 32mm for use in your wargames.

There are more miniatures where these came from and you can find them HERE alongside all of the additional information about Salute from Black Scorpion. Make sure to go and check them out at Salute or delve in online over the weekend.

What do you think?
