North Star and Osprey are heading into the swamps of America's south in the new narrative supplement for Dracula's America; Forbidden Power.

A shadow has spread over America's deep south. Worshipers of the Elder Gods lurk in the swamps and plantations, and two new factions rise to wield maddening powers, the Church of Dagon and the Salem Sisterhood.

This new supplement comes with plenty of intriguing additions to add a Lovecraftian flavour to the game and setting. These range from new hired guns and monsters, to occult powers that can push you ever closer towards insanity.

It all builds to further the narrative of the dark world that is Dracula's America.

The more I see of this game, the more interested I am, especially with the Flipthrough from Wargames Illustrated.

I love me a bit of pulp, punk, and horror, and this seems to tick all the right boxes, being highly reminiscent of Anno Dracula in nature.

Dare you venture in search of Forbidden Power?
