Help Hardcore With Their New Orc Weirdboy Miniature

Over on Facebook, the team at Hardcore Miniatures has been asking their community to help them decide on the options for their new Orc Weirdboy. This is going to be another character option coming soon for their rather cool Orc Collection.

The new miniature is looking very good and seems to be a good mix of utterly mad and yet incredibly stylish. I love that the other Orcs clearly decided to cover him in bells so that they can hear him coming and get out of the way before he shoots off a bolt of poorly directed lightning.

The question that Hardcore Miniatures wanted to pose though is all about shoulder pads. Would you prefer to see this Weirdboy with them or without?

I personally think that the miniature looks better without them but it certainly looks Orcy to have some big spikes on your shoulders. For some reason, the shoulder pads do make him look like he is of a higher rank within the Orc army but I think that taking them off gives you a different look which will make him stand out.
