The Nereids Of Deep Wars Get Their Caller Of The Deep

Floating through the undersea world of Deep Wars Antimatter Games has now added another Nereid to their collection. Here we have Amatheia, Caller Of The Deep and her deadly shark companion too.

Once again we really need to learn more about this game as an entire system set underwater sounds like it would be a hell of a lot of fun. The team at Antimatter Games always do a great job at creating miniatures that look like they're floating around in the depths too.

A painter, even a mediocre one, is going to have some fun doing the scales on her tail here. A bit of drybrushing, some shades and washes and you'd have some amazing glittering scales.

Now you just need to resist diving in and checking out the rest of the range which is full of weird and wonderful looking creations.

Stupid question, but are those minis attached? Wouldn’t it make more sense to put them on one larger base than two smaller ones?

It’s a good question actually. The models have separate stats and can act independently in deepwars. The shark has the ability to tow other models around, not just Amatheia. The towed models do not need to use actions and get to move with the shark.
