Grab Panzerfäuste Unarmoured Rules + Dwarf & Orc Miniatures!
October 11, 2024 by brennon
Wessex Games are starting to get the rules and miniatures out there for the relaunch of Panzerfäuste, their Fantasy World War game where Dwarfs, Orcs and more clash on battlefields akin to World War II. The rules for Panzerfäuste Unarmoured are now available to snap up alongside miniatures from Big Jim Prints.
Panzerfäuste Unarmoured // Wessex Games
Panzerfäuste Unarmoured serves as an introductory version of the proper skirmish rules. This allows you to dive in and start playing with one section of Dwarves or Orcs (see below) so you can learn the rules of Panzerfäuste. Once you're ready, you'll then be able to dive into the full rules with extra troops, more rules and a full campaign system.
Work on a new second edition of the game is also coming now these rules are back in the wild.
Returning Panzerfäuste Miniatures
Alongside the rules, you can also get yourself sections of miniatures. The Dwarf Grenadiers can now be snapped up.
Dwarf Grenadier Section // Panzerfäuste
This set comes with ten miniatures including an NCO with a submachine gun, a Grenadier with a light machine gun, a loader and then seven rifle-armed Grenadiers.
Going up against the Dwarves, you can also get the Orc Infantry Section.
Orc Infantry Section // Panzerfäuste
This set comes with eight Orcs. Once again, you get an NCO with a submachine gun, one light machine gunner and a loader as well as five rifle-armed Orcs. Unfortunately, one of the older files for the Orcs has been lost so you will need to do some tinkering in order to make it work with the existing arms. It shouldn't be too bad though!
Will you get back into Panzerfäuste with this re-release?

They look good – nice to see the Orcs aren’t the baddies!
“(NOTE: Unfortunately one of the Orc body 3D files was lost. A similar posed body will be supplied instead. This will require some basic modelling skills to make the arms fit.)”
How does one lose a 3D print? Can’t they print another? 🤔
I would imagine that the file that contained the print has been corrupted or lost somewhere. So they have all the other files but not that body part.
Probably. Seems a bit funny, though! 😁
I had Panzerfauste back in the day and found it a good system but never put together the official armies. Maybe now is the time!
