Perry Miniatures Create An Amazing Agincourt Diorama

Perry Miniatures have put together a rather astounding looking diorama depicting the Battle of Agincourt from 1415. This historical battle will be presented at an exhibition in the Tower of London during October, marking the 600 year anniversary of the battle...

These are just a taster of the massive battle that they have assembled to mark the occasion. Some 4,500 figures make up both of the armies covering a three by four metre area.

All of the models are from the Perry Miniatures range although a lot of them are one off pieces made for the display.

The heraldry and banners etc look awesome. This and the WWI diorama that has been promoted here on BoW show how great these artists can truly be.

One thing I also found interesting was the colour scheme for the archers. I never picture them in my mind wearing those green colours, Im sure the Perrys have made it as historically accurate as possible, so I guess I have learned something new!
