The Banished Coming To Mantic Games’ Halo: Flashpoint!
March 26, 2025 by brennon
Mantic Games has announced alongside Halo Studios that The Banished will be the next major faction to join the tactical miniatures game, Halo: Flashpoint, which is set in the epic Sci-Fi universe of the video game series.
Rise Of The Banished // Halo: Flashpoint
The Rise Of The Banished brings he fearsome Jiralhanae to the tabletop alongside some of their Sangheili mercenaries. The Jiralhanae miniatures tower over pretty much everything we've seen for the game so far, with eight of them in the box alongside four Sangheili. Your classic "Brutes" and "Elites" will be getting ready to kick the ass of Spartan teams, even with all of their fancy weapons.

The miniatures for the Jiralhanae look absolutely stunning and showcase these warriors' brutish ferocity. There are plenty of different nods to the various types of Jiralhanae in the Halo games throughout, which will no doubt spark moments of nostalgia as you remember battling them in the Halo video games.

As well as the miniatures for the Jiralhanae and the Sangheili, there will also be a full Banished Garrison made from full-colour card terrain, a deluxe play board, faction-themed d8 and Command Dice, plus a new Rules Booklet alongside a wealth of new cards and tokens for fielding the Banished against the UNSC.
The set will also contain a limited edition sculpt of the infamous Warmaster Atriox, who Halo players will remember from the latest game.
Atriox - Rise Of The Banished Limited Edition Sculpt // Halo: Flashpoint
This Limited Edition sculpt will be available first with Rise Of The Banished, but there will also be a standard version of the miniature available later on for regular retail release. So don't worry about missing out on the character himself. He will also come with the cards to bring this legendary villain to the tabletop, perhaps to fight against the Master Chief himself.

It's great to see more coming out from Mantic Games to support Halo: Flashpoint. The game is great fun and built on the core of the Deadzone system, which is a hit in and of itself. The Banished are a perfect next faction for you to throw into the game to start turning up the heat on those Spartans training in the arena of Flashpoint at the moment.

They are fabulous looking figures for the game table’s 👍
What a firefight this is going to be!
These look great and more of the cardboard terrain is always going to be welcome!
Aliens have got me tempted. I like aliens in sci-fi games as well as monsters in fantasy ones. Playing normie humies feels a bit lame. I get all the humans I want playing historicals. So I’m enthused to see the game expanding this way.
Is it just me but I’m getting Drej from the Sangheili figures
Respawn KILL! Respawn KILL!
Just camp in the respawn zone!
MAXIMUM PWNAGE!
These chunky brutes look so good!
