Do you have yourself a sweet tooth? Fan of Dungeons & Dragons? Consider yourself a nerd? Well, the most interesting collaboration has arisen as Dungeons & Dragons and Nerds sweeties (or candy to ya'll Americans out there) have teamed up together in forming a brand new set of sweet and sour adventures this September.

Dungeons & Dragons and Nerds Collaboration // Wizards of the Coast

Anywhere that you may be able to find a cheeky packet of Nerds in September, you may want to flock towards. As there are some awesome free adventures awaiting at the bottom of the packet.

As players collect, they will get access to a realm of adventures and character sheets to download at their own will. As these are D&D/Nerds themed, you can expect some brightly coloured whimsical adventures awaiting, with some cool and interesting characters.

There are six different nerds as playable characters which include stats for a level 1 character, and the class to match. Along with each nerd, there are also six adventures to embark on and if you collect all of the adventures - players will unlock a seventh campaign which will include a full party of Nerds and up to level 3 characters.

As revealed on D&D Live, the collaboration between Nerds and Wizards of the Coast allow players to find and unlock new adventures in guess what... solo mode! So if getting your sweets down the shop is not enough adventure for you in one day, you can always embark on some sweet, sweet adventuring at the pop of a lid and a download to your phone.

The Nerds and Wizards collaboration is a really interesting take on getting some new players engaged in some D&D adventuring, as I am sure lots of kids will flock to the website to download and collect their free adventures and immerse themselves in a whole new world of RPGs! Let alone teaching the fundamentals of each class. The Nerds will lead the nerds!

So remember to head down to your local sweet shop this September and get yourself a packet of Nerds! I certainly never thought I would ever write a post on here telling ya'll to head to a sweet shop instead of an FLGS - but, when there's a need for Nerds, there is a need for Nerds!
